Nike Free 5.0

I just picked up some new Nike Free 5.0's from the mall this morning. They are amazing. Mainly designed as a running shoe, but I've already determined that they will make a great slipper as well. I've already taken a short run, anything too long and I think that they wont have enough cushion for all the pounding. But they will make a great shoe for track workout when school starts up here in a week or so. I tried to get some that are SOU colors, but they didn't have my size.

I got a pair of these as well as the training ones last summer in Eugene. Definitely not enough cushion, I had to alternate days running with them so that I wouldn't get cramps (however I was running like 7 miles a day in them which is probably too much). They definitely do make you stronger though.

I tried them on before buying my shox turboz - I like the technology behind the shoe. I obviously went with the turboz, only because they provide more cushion (and in my opinion look supa-sweet).
