Hit And Run

I was just coming back from the minute market, literally like 3 minutes ago, and a flippin' possum runs out of the bushes into road. I swerved a little and put on the brakes. I missed it with my front right tire, but it scuttled its fat ass so darn fast I hit it with my back ones. And there were kids, for some reason, right at the corner where I hit it, so I didn't want to hop out and draaaag it off the road. I felt really bad just leaving it there though. But I will later, or try at least, that thing was huge. The body was at least a foot and a half minus the tail.

Personally i dont think it is even worth swerving esp. if there are others around as you are indangering them with your actions to save a souless rodent.... Just not worth it in the end... Dont feel to bad.

The kids were on the right and I swerved left, so they wernen't in harm. Besides it wasn't like a crazy slam on the brakes with screatching swerve.

It sucks when that happens. But I (well my parents) figure you just keep going and you're more likely not to hit one.
