Lottery Ticket Bought With Stolen Credit Card

A White City woman purchased a winning lottery ticket, worth $1 million dollars, with her deceased mother-in-law's credit card. Apparently she had bought some other items with the card as well which lead to her being tracked down and served with a search warrant. She will face multiple charges such as theft-related charges and forgery, and I'm not talking about metal work. Oh yea, when the police searched her house the had methamphetamine. Yay, now everyone that didn't know Oregon was known for is abundance of meth labs knows for sure now. What do you expect, she is from White City.
