Who Is Manny?

Manny is this wonderful new character that has joined our wonderful circle of friends. He definitely is the quietest dude in the group, but this guy will go shot for shot with any SOB member, hell, probably anyone who challenges him. He also hates having his picture taken, but we will snap a few so that you all can meet the newest face kickin' it at the APT.

Finally, I Gots My Weekend - An Update

Finally, after 10 days straight of waking up at midnight or 2am I have my weekend. I think I pulled off almost 80 hours on this paycheck with about 15 of them being time and a half. I can guarantee you that there will be a lot of drinking and sleeping during my w.e.(if all goes as planned).

I just received my insurance check for $450 dollars to replace my old stereo. I will be getting this Pioneer Premier deck which has an iPod adapter so that I can charge and listen to my iPod without ever having to mess with it. It gets installed tomorrow morning

I'm happy with the new changes with Blogger. I was telling Donnie a while back that I wish that Blogger had the same type of spellchecker as Gmail, and now it does. I thought that it wasn't too unreasonable since they are both Google products. Thank you, Blogger.

Recently I have purchased season 2 and 3 of Arrested Development, Nacho Libre, Inside Man and The Longest Yard. I almost bought Robin Hood- Prince of Thieves, but I wasn't ready just yet to watch a film with Christian Slater in it.

I got a pumpkin pie from Costco.

I need a hair cut.

Corporate Walk

Wednesday- 4:00am to 12:30pm
Thursday- 12:00am to 10:30am
Friday- 12:00am to 10:30am
Saturday- 2:00am to 10:30am
Sunday- 2:00am to 10:30am

Due to the Corporate walk that went down at 3pm today this week has been hell. We are gonna have liek 3 walks over the course or the next 6 weeks, I think. I believe that the CEO of Costco may actually be coming in to look around and probably get a hot dog meal (his favorite food are hot dogs). When he started Costco, like 30 something years back, the meal cost $1.50 and it has held that price till this day.

Bose Tri Port IE

I just picked up a pair of the new Bose Tri Port IE. I used to have a pair of the TriPort around-ear headphones. I purchased a 2 year warranty for the $130 dollar Bose headphones. They broke just recently, so I sent them in and received my gift card earlier today. I figured I would give the new IE's a try for 30 days or so. From the use I have put through 'em thus far the verdict is that they are pretty darned sweet. Super comparable sound to the around-ear TriPorts. Real sleek design and a nifty little carrying case. Also, they are cheaper than the older Bose Triports which is really nice. At first, when i purchsed the older Bose, they were $150. I would give the IE's a 5 star rating simply because they are $99.95.

I'm going through all my music and trying out all sorts of sounds and to see how they twork*. So far I have tested Bloc Party, The Killers, Tone Loc, Tenacious D and Europe.

If they don't work out I will be picking up a cheaper pair and spending the rest of the money on the Chapelle Show and Arrested Development series.
