Update, HOOOOO!

I've been working a lot lately due to it being to holiday season.

Had a really nice Christmas. My mom purchased a 23 pound prime rib. Gosh darn it was good. I had work at midnight on Christmas night, so I was not able to enjoy the "hang out" period at out house. I mainly received money from the parents, so I bought a cool nessy hat and a camera. I also got a shirt that says "Nerd in Disguise," and an electronic Su Doku.

Alex had a Wrestling meet Thursday and went 5-2 on the day. He is currently at one right now and is 1-1.

South beat Lake O. and the Les Schwab Basketball tournament last night. Lake O. won the state title last year.

Tonight we are going to The Cabaret in A-Town.

Scott's 21er is tomorrow. Pizza in the afternooner and a drunken crazy sexy haze later. Farq.

Skeet skeet skeet skeet skeet.

Merry Christmas

I'm giving you all permission to now have a Happy Holiday season. Enjoy the company of your family and friends. Since I've been out of the house for a while now I have missed seeing my family more and more, so I'm going sleepers at my mother's house for the eve of Christ Mas. I think that this year will be an exceptional Christmas. And like always, we are going out tonight for our Christmas Eve movie.

Whew

Now that the Holidays are rolling around I'm gonna have some good days off. I go in at 12am of the 24th, then have Christmas off, In again at 12am of the 26th, then I have Monday and Tuesday off, then I go back to work till New Years day, which I have off along with the two following days for Scott's 21er. This might be the best Holiday Season ever. Money, bars, friends and family- I'm content with that.

It Feels Phenominal

I went to the South Medford boys basketball league opener this evening with Scott, Kevin, and Aaron. Pretty amazing stuff. I didn't go to South Medford, though I live just a couple minutes away, I felt extremely welcome this evening. Everyone was real great. Kyle Singler gave me his gum and made E.J., Kyle's brother, deliver it for him. Actually, the gum fell out of Kyle's mouth while the game was in progress and E.J. picked it up and hucked it into the stands. It hit me in the shoulder and landed in my row.

It's Really Fucking

cold! I can go outside start my car, shave my windshield and before I make it to work it's already frozen over again. A couple nights ago I had to stick my head out the window just to see and my contacts dried up and almost popped out. Luckily I had lubrication.

Argh, Matey

Though some cred is gained from just watching pirate films, the only way to gain the ultimate cred is to be drinkin' some whiskey while watching Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. "Argh'n" when they "argh" and drinkin' when they drink will land you some major bonus points, and props are handed out when the Pirate Dance is performed.

UCLA upsets Southern Cal 13-9!

Tomorrow is gonna be great at work. There is an older guy at work, who is ripped as hell, that is a die-hard USC fan (literally) and I believe that he has anger issues. He is the only USC fan in the morning there and I would bet that if he got enough guff about the upset this evening he would actually try and fight someone to the death, medieval style. I would, if I knew for certain he would snap, instigate the hell out of a potential brawl. That's what I bring to the table.

A Cal fan made a facetious comment at work about how the Cal - Southern Cal game was "close" (23-9, USC). He flipped the hell out, taking it as a personal attack, and yelled out,
"What are you talkin' about!?! THEY KILLED 'EM!!!"
He's wiggity wack.

So Grown Up

I just wanted to congradulate my little brother, nay, younger brother, on his first wrestling match of his sophmore season an PHS. He was supoposed to wrestle 189 last year, but he was forced to wrestle in the heavy weights division. He won no matches last year due to the fact that he had to wrestle guys 30 to 50 pounds more than he did. With all the discouragement from last season he was very hesitant to wrestle this year, but at the last minute he decided to stick with it.

Alex is known as 'Flex' or 'The Man Child' around the house. He's about 6'0'' and weighs 190-195 on the average. He starts varsity linebacker for Phoenix High football and has numerous game saving plays. He also ran ran track and is pretty darned fast for his size. He is also a decently attractive kid, second to none other than yours truly.

His first match of the day he wrestled a 215 pound kid and pinned him. He cut to 189 before the match.

Update: Alex placed third in his 215 pound varsity division. Check the pape's, and there were no typos this time!
